CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
1. INTRODUCTION
This policy governs the cancellation and refund processes for services provided by MERS YAZILIM VE TEKNOLOJİ HİZMETLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("digitable").
All payment transactions of digitable are processed through Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), and Paddle operates as the "Merchant of Record" conducting legal sales transactions.
2. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
Monthly Subscriptions
Users can cancel their monthly subscriptions at any time. After cancellation, access to the service continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for monthly subscriptions.
Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, full refund is provided for cancellation requests made within 14 days from the purchase date. For cancellations made after 14 days, proportional refund evaluation may be made for the remaining period.
3. REFUND CONDITIONS
Refund requests are evaluated in the following cases:
- Inability to use the service due to technical problems
- Failure to deliver promised features
- Double billing or incorrect charges
- Requests under legal withdrawal right (14 days)
4. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
- Account suspension or termination caused by the user
- Account closure due to violation of terms of use
- Used AI credits or consumed services
- Exceeding the 14-day withdrawal period
5. REFUND PROCESS
Refund requests can be submitted to info@digitable.ai or through Paddle support channels. Requests are evaluated within 10 business days at the latest, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle.
